Hey everyone! It’s time for a little Shop With Chuckles update. 😊
I’ve got a lot of ideas I’d love to bring to the shop, but I know that before someone places an order with a small shop like mine, there’s an important question:
“Can I trust that my order is actually going to be taken care of?”
The answer is absolutely.
I want you to feel comfortable ordering from Shop With Chuckles. When you place an order, it isn’t just a number on a screen to me. I’m grateful that you chose to spend your money on something I created, and I want you to receive exactly what you ordered and be happy with it.
Here’s how the process works:
🛍️ You place your order. Your order is submitted for production specifically for you.
🖨️ Production takes about 2–4 business days. Your item is made and prepared for shipment.
📦 Shipping generally takes another 3–4 business days. Once it ships, it’s on its way to you.
And if something isn't right?
I won't leave you hanging.
If your item arrives with a defect or there’s a problem with the product, you can send it back, and we’ll get it fixed or taken care of. I want you to feel confident that there is a real person behind this shop who cares about your order.
I know there are plenty of places online where you can buy things, so I don't take it for granted when someone chooses Shop With Chuckles.
I'm still a small shop, and I'm working on growing it one order at a time.
I have plenty more ideas I'd love to create, but every order helps make that possible.
